RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Lindo Prenda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with our return, refund, and exchange policy outlined below.

Returns
– *Eligibility:* Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– *Condition:* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
– *Non-returnable items:* Gift cards, items marked as final sale, delivery charges and personalized/customized products cannot be returned.

Refunds
– *Processing:* Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
– *Partial Refunds:* In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
– *Late or missing refunds:* If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
– *Eligibility:* If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.
– *Process:* To start an exchange, reach out to us at lindoprenda@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide any necessary shipping information.

Shipping
– *Return Shipping Costs:* Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– *Exchange Shipping Costs:* We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged items.
– *Damaged or Defective Items:* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at lindoprenda@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
